The Love for a Soldier has never been Cuter!

Just came across this cute design on Zazzle.com and thought it was too cute to not share now (even though it is 2 am as I am writing this). It shows a cute cartoon, square shaped cat, with really big eyes, wearing an army helmet, as it salutes and says, "not squared to love a soldier." The pun of a square cat saying it is "not squared" instead of "not scared" is kinda silly, but the absolute adorableness of the cat carries it off.

If you or someone you know loves a soldier wouldn't this be great to wear?! One of my friends is a proud girlfriend of a soldier and I think this would be great for her. Actually this would be great for her boyfriend's mom too since she is a proud mom of soldier.

There are also some Squaredy Cat designs for Army Brats like these.

Or for an Air Force Brat.

I also really like this design that says, "Not squared to Salute a Veteran" too.

Kawaii Halloween Trick or Treat Bags

Sadly, there doesn't seem to be a outrageously huge amount of Kawaii Halloween products out there...but don't fear (although Halloween is near) as there are probably enough things with Kawaii Halloween designs to feed your desire for the cute and adorable. And the amount available will certainly be even more next haunting season.

If you are looking for some Halloween themed t-shirts I suggest you check out the ones shown here at this page for Halloween for Teens (you can wear these tees still even if you aren't a teen...I certainly will).

But this is supposed to be a post about an important Halloween accessory you might want need...a Kawaii Trick or Treat bag (who says you are too old to go out Trick or Treating?) with deliciously evil/cute Halloween characters on it.

Here's a few I've picked out from Zazzle.

Trick or Treat Canvas Bags
Trick or Treat Canvas Bag with the cutest skull (all right, it can be a little bit demanding with it's "give me candy or else" attitude...but really, that just makes it all the much cuter) by LizaPhoenix

Halloween Candy Corn Tote Bags
My feelings about candy corn can generally be summed up pretty well by this cute and funny Halloween cartoon by Kawaii Not ... which could otherwise be summed up as "the candy corn is a lie" (hmm...that doesn't seem to have as nice of a ring to it as "the cake is a lie"...oh well). But that doesn't keep me from thinking that this Halloween Candy Corn Tote Bags by nani_nani is adorable.

Oh my gosh!!! (No more words are needed I think for this ghosty.)

And last, I leave you with this sweety (I'm sure she has a sweet tooth) who I think will be an excellent companion for gathering tasty Halloween treats.

There are dozens of more Kawaii Halloween Trick or Treat bags on Zazzle.

I'd also recommend checking Zazzle out for their other Kawaii Halloween goods created by various designers for even more spooktacular (sorry...ahem) adorable treats such as button badges, keychains, stickers, cards and more.

Kawaii Onigiri, Rainbows and Mustaches

Yes...I am posting about another design by LizaPhoenix. But how could I not? This onigiri (rice ball) perched on a rainbow is just too cute not to mention. It has such a precious expression and the details of flowers on it, the little heart love image to the side, and the pink and white polka dot background are just adorable.

This cute onigiri design is available on more products too.

I just cannot go through her store on Zazzle.com without finding fun and adorable stuff. Like this cartoon mustache with a mustache on a clutch bag. Clever, funny and kawaii.

Here are some other fun mustache items by LizaPhoenix and some cute rainbow items by LizaPhoenix as well.

Visions of Kawaii'ness and Unicorns

I keep seeing the most Kawaii things on the Internet lately and I think, "I want to blog about that!" But then I don't. So I am going to work on changing that and actually start blogging more often.

Cute White Unicorn T Shirt
To start with Visions of Sugar, aka Liza Phoenix, posted about this super adorable Unicorn with a rainbow and clouds t-shirt on both facebook and twitter today. Since I don't read Japanese I had to ask her what the words on the design said and she replied that it says, "Unicorn Power!"

This is one of my most favorite kawaii unicorn designs ever. All of the little details are just so sweet, fun and perfect. The cute little clouds with faces that are something I associate with Visions of Sugar's designs, the round rainbow with star shaped highlights and the grass, the little chubby unicorn itself of course, then there is the banner with with Japanese words of "Unicorn Power!" and a little lightning bolt just beneath that.

If you are interested in more cute unicorn tees, or just unicorn shirts in general, check out these unicorn shirts here.

My Little Pony, Pretty...Clothing

My Little Pony Shirt - Retro Style
Have you heard that Zazzle.com is now offering My Little Pony merchandise on their site now? I wanted to focus on the My Little Pony shirts that they have and wrote a little feature on them at Squdoo.com. They have designs featuring both the newer ponies from the current My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic cartoon and the classic, vintage 80s ponies that I knew and love growing up. I have to say I like the look of the older style of the ponies. But I also like how they made some of the designs more "cool" by giving them and edgy and grungy style while still maintaining the pony's cuteness.

If you follow Japanese street fashion you may have noticed that My Little Pony (and other cute 80s characters) are popular amongst some fashion trends, including fairy-kei (I plan to add more about this on my squidoo article in the near future). And the My Little Pony toys have even been worn as necklaces (including by Lady Gaga). If you're like me, you'd rather wear them as design element on a t-shirt. But if you want to wear them as an accessory that is cool too. :) So the MLP trend is not just one here in the United States, but other parts of the world too. And Japan has its pulse on current and future fashion trends. So if they think it's cool, it is cool. And that makes My Little Pony cool. ;)

So if you were/are a My Little Pony fan, or know someone who is, check out the link up above. It will bring nostalgic, warm fuzzies your way. By the way, you can customize the t-shirts too to add your name or almost any other word that you want.

Zazzle Creates Designers Support for Relief Aid in Japan

Zazzle gave designers the opportunity to donate their designs to charity for relief in Japan for the earthquake and tsunami that hit them in March. GiggleStix created this design of a maneki neko, or good fortune cat, with a heart on the koban coin it holds to represent our wishes for Japan's heart to heal from this experience. The design is available on t-shirts, mugs, badges and even iPhone and iPad cases.

A lot of designers have donated their great designs for charity for Japan that you can check out at Zazzle as well.

Girls Fluff!

There is a new design at the GiggleStix store at Zazzle.com that in a cute way declares that "Girls Don't Fart They Fluff."

Normally this is not the kind of design I would create, but I decided to anyway.

My dad worked in construction and told a story about this cute, tiny (but tough) Asian American woman on his crew who would declare that, "Women don't fart...they Fluff!"

Well I ended up stumbling across this youtube video called Spiritual Farts and it made me think of the "Girls Fluff" euphemism. And although usually too "girly and prim" to talk about farting (I may be tomboyish in many ways, but not this one) I decided to make a "cute" design about the subject anyway.

To prove that girls "fluff" here is a Latin American music video where the women "fluff" butterflies.
